The service

Invisible Offer provides a Shopify integration for observing storefront events, configuring controlled discount experiments, linking eligible experiment journeys to Shopify order and refund outcomes, and displaying measurement evidence. Features and availability may change as the service develops.

Merchant account and Shopify access

You must be authorized to administer the Shopify store connected to the service. Installing the app grants the Shopify scopes shown during installation. The app can read eligible product, discount, order, and event data and can create or update its pixel configuration; discount-related capabilities may be used when a merchant deliberately configures and starts an experiment. Review the current Shopify consent screen and experiment configuration before enabling an intervention.

You remain responsible for your store, promotion rules, customer notices and consent, and deciding whether to start, pause, or stop an experiment. You may uninstall the app through Shopify. Shopify platform terms and availability continue to apply.

Measurement and results

Experiment assignment and observed Shopify outcomes are used to estimate group-level differences. A single order, behavioral signal, or early sample does not establish that a discount caused a sale or that a discount was unnecessary. Illustrative website examples are not merchant results. Results depend on eligibility, assignment, treatment delivery, attribution, sample size, refunds, and data availability.

The service provides measurement information, not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and does not promise a particular lift, saving, margin outcome, or business result. Merchants should review experiment settings and outcomes before making pricing or promotion decisions.

Acceptable use and service security

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other merchants, or use the service in a way that violates Shopify requirements or applicable law. Keep account credentials and access to your Shopify store secure. Report suspected unauthorized activity to the confirmed service contact once published.

Third-party services

The app depends on Shopify and infrastructure and semantic providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. Invisible Offer does not control Shopify storefronts, checkout availability, or third-party service interruptions.

Fees, suspension, and termination

Any fees, plan limits, trial terms, renewal rules, and cancellation terms must be shown in the applicable offer or order before a merchant subscribes. The final terms must identify the contracting party and explain suspension, termination, and any post-termination data handling.
